Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- It should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- We don't accept returns on final sale or customized items, unless they arrive defective
How to request a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or different from what you ordered.
Defective items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll offer an exchange, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
